Welcome to Hotel Rama Residency

Welcome to Hotel Rama Residency. We are committed to providing every guest with a safe, comfortable, and memorable stay. By making a reservation or availing any of our services, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions.

General Hotel Policy

  • Check-in time: 12:00 PM | Check-out time: 11:00 AM.
  • A valid government-issued photo ID (Aadhar Card, Passport, Driving License, etc.) is mandatory at the time of check-in.
  • Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
  • Guests must be 18 years or older to book a room. Minors must be accompanied by a responsible adult.
  • Outside food and alcoholic beverages are not permitted unless approved by hotel management.
  • Smoking is allowed only in designated smoking areas.
  • Pets are not permitted unless prior written approval is granted by the management.

Booking & Payment Policy

  • All bookings are subject to availability and will be confirmed upon receipt of full or partial advance payment.
  • We accept payments via cash, UPI, credit/debit cards, and bank transfers.
  • Group reservations and event bookings may require an advance payment ranging from 50% to 100%.
  • Room rates are subject to change during peak seasons, holidays, or special events without prior notice.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Free cancellation is available up to 48 hours prior to the scheduled check-in date.
  • Cancellations made within 48 hours of check-in will incur a retention charge equivalent to one night's stay.
  • No-shows and same-day cancellations are non-refundable.
  • Group bookings must be canceled at least 7 days prior to arrival to avoid cancellation charges.
  • Eligible refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days through the original payment method.

Event Booking Terms (Weddings, Banquets, Conferences)

  • Event bookings are confirmed only after receiving a minimum of 50% advance payment.
  • Final guest count, menu selection, and décor details must be confirmed at least 5 days prior to the event date.
  • Any damage to hotel property during the event will be charged to the client.
  • Event timings must be strictly adhered to as per the agreed package.
  • Event cancellations made within 15 days of the scheduled date are non-refundable.

Parking Policy

  • Complimentary parking is available for in-house guests, subject to availability.
  • Hotel Rama Residency is not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to vehicles parked on the premises.

Code of Conduct

  • Smoking is strictly prohibited in non-smoking rooms and designated public areas.
  • Guests are expected to maintain cleanliness and avoid any damage to hotel property.
  • Loud music and private parties in rooms are not permitted unless pre-approved by management.
  • The hotel reserves the right to refuse accommodation or cancel bookings if guests violate hotel policies.

Privacy & Security

  • All guest information is handled with strict confidentiality and data security standards.
  • CCTV surveillance is installed in common areas for safety and security purposes.
  • Guests are responsible for safeguarding their personal belongings. The hotel will not be liable for lost or stolen items unless deposited in the hotel’s safety lockers.

Events & Group Bookings

  • Banquet hall, garden, or other event spaces must be booked in advance.
  • A detailed event agreement outlining catering, décor, timings, and regulations will be provided separately.
  • Full or partial advance payment is mandatory for group bookings and wedding functions.

Guest Responsibility & Security

  • Guests are solely responsible for their personal belongings and valuables.
  • Safety lockers are available in rooms; the hotel will not be liable for loss or theft of items not secured properly.
  • Any illegal activity, misconduct, or nuisance behavior will result in immediate eviction without refund.
  • Management reserves the right to deny entry or discontinue services in case of policy violations.

Modifications & Policy Updates

  • Hotel Rama Residency reserves the right to modify, update, or amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
  • Guests are advised to review the latest version available on our official website.
